Cardiovascular Disease and Hydrogen Inhalation Therapy
There are various ways to prevent and recover from cardiovascular disease, but hydrogen inhalation therapy is one of the ways to be in the spotlight over time.
Among cardiovascular diseases, especially arteriosclerosis is
heavily involved with free radicals, so keeping your blood vessels young by
inhaling hydrogen in your daily life can prevent stroke. Hydrogen also has a
great effect on the treatment of cerebral infarction.
When blood vessels in the brain are blocked, oxygen is not
transported by the blood, so nerve cells in the brain immediately start
necrosis. Inflammation occurs due to necrosis, and when blood flow resumes due
to fatigue, a large amount of free radicals are generated due to inflammation.
Free radicals have the effect of oxidizing and damaging cells alone, but they combine with nitric oxide produced by neutrophils and macrophages that collect in inflammation to produce peroxynitrite, which has stronger oxidizing power, and cause tissue disorders.
When cerebral infarction occurs, brain cells are damaged in
these two stages, worsening the condition. When patients with cerebral
infarction inhale hydrogen, it can reduce nerve cell disorders by suppressing
secondary damage that occurs after treatment.
It is also reported in experiments that inhaling hydrogen gas
in addition to the treatment "Elarabone" for patients with acute
cerebral infarction showed a superior therapeutic effect compared to Edarabone
alone.
Because molecular hydrogen is very small, it penetrates any tissue in the body and affects cells in the whole body. Drugs or vascular injections taken are sometimes affected by absorption ability and blood flow disorders, but above all, there is a limit to the active ingredients reaching the brain.
The inhaled molecular hydrogen penetrates all tissues and
reaches the affected area regardless. Molecular hydrogen (H2) acts as a
therapeutic antioxidant. Inhalation of molecular hydrogen has been effective in
improving cerebral infarction in several animal experiments.
And above all, molecular hydrogen had no side effects as
oxygen saturation improved. Inhalation of molecular hydrogen gas also improves
acute brain disorders that cause acidified stress, so it has an excellent
effect on recovering from stroke and other cardiovascular diseases.
"Prevention and Management of Cardiovascular Diseases"
Coronary artery disease, which is most common
as a cardiovascular disease, is usually caused by blockage or narrowing of the
coronary artery that supplies blood to the heart by arteriosclerosis.
Therefore, it is called ischemic heart disease, which includes myocardial
infarction or angina.
Angina is a typical cardiovascular disease caused by partial
narrowing of the coronary arteries that supply the blood needed for the heart
muscle. One out of 100 Koreans suffer from angina, the main cause of sudden
cardiac death.
How do we prevent such a fatal cardiovascular disease? The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced nine living rules for the prevention and management of cardiovascular disease on the occasion of World Heart Day.
If you always keep in mind the nine major living rules
announced by the following Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and
try to take care of your health, you will be less likely to suffer from
symptoms of embarrassment or life threatening in an urgent situation.
1. Quitting smoking
2. No more than one or two drinks a day
3. Eat food without saltiness and eat vegetables and fish
4. Exercise for more than 30 minutes every day
5. Maintain proper weight and waist circumference
6. Reduce stress
7. Measure blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol
regularly
8. Continuous treatment of chronic diseases such as high
blood pressure
9. Be aware of emergency symptoms and move to a medical
institution as soon as it occurs.
